Anybody have some ideas on a good book to read? (please no harry potter comments here)! I have ripped through some really good ones this summer, and need some suggestions. I am waiting for the new one by the person who wrote kite runner to come out on paperback...but i need something now.

I have read some good ones, and yes I will include Harry Potter, and I will not stop saying Harry Potter till you get off the horse and join the rest of us. However I have read some excellent books other then the fantastical world of HP this summer. I just finished Mansfield Park..not sure if you like Austen but its worht a read. Also read some sherlock holmes always entertaining, i have the complete series if interested. Read some Sedaris which you have already too. One of my favorite books which I think you might like but I bet JD would love, is A confederacy of Dunces. Its prob up there on my top 10 list. I am just starting the stranger right now I'll let you know how it goes. Popcorn just read Germs guns and Steal I think its called said it was really good and it was written by on of WWF's trustees. And I must say awesome your using the blog, i stoped using it for a little bc i thought people wern't using.
